Encrusted coral sponge
Tatawa Besar is a small island East of Komodo, the outstanding thing about this dive site is the variety of corals both hard and soft, which harbour a range of reef fish. The reef is in pristine condition and after all the action of the previous few days it was wonderful to have a gentle drift dive where we could stop and admire it and its inhabitants.
